- December 1 until October 21 - Register for the Half Marathon for $40.00
- December 1 until October 21 - Register for the Half Marathon Relay for $70.00 (per 2-person team)
- October 22 until November 17 - Register for the Half Marathon for $50.00
- October 22 until November 17 - Register for the Half Marathon Relay for $80.00 (per 2-person team)
- November 1 - Long sleeve technical shirt guaranteed for all participants who register before this date (shirts for other participants based on availability)
- November 12 - End of registration for discount hotel rates at the Staybridge Suites
- November 19 (Saturday) - Packet pick-up 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the National Fitness Center lobby
Day of Race (Sunday, November 20 2011)
- Packet pick-up 6:30 am - 7:30 am in the National Fitness Center lobby
- Race starts at 8:00 am (Half Marathon and Half Marathon Relay)
- Course closes at 11:00 am
- Awards ceremony at 11:30 am
- National Fitness Center opens for regular business - Noon
